Villa Atlantis enjoys a fantastic seafront location in the scenic Cape Greco area, known for its crystal-clear waters and beautifully shaped coves—perfect for beach-loving families. This comfortable holiday home is part of a quiet, private complex and is just a short walk from two local beaches, including the popular Konnos Bay.

Designed with easy holiday living in mind, the villa features a bright open-plan layout with modern furnishings, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals. The living area opens out to a mature garden with a private swimming pool, a shaded seating area, an outdoor shower, and a traditional barbecue—great for relaxed days in the sun.

There are three bedrooms, making the home well-suited for families. Two rooms include double beds and ample storage, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed and a pull-out mattress—ideal for children or extra guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort throughout the summer months.

In just five minutes on foot, guests can reach the beach, with Konnos Bay offering water sports, sun loungers, a snack bar, and shallow areas suitable for younger swimmers. Within walking distance, there are also a few local restaurants and an Italian eatery with a family-friendly menu.

Perfect spot, very comfortable house and staff was super attentive

Liked: The house is spacious and everything comfortable. Pool was great. The location is great as we could just walk to a local market and restaurant and bus stop. 5 minutes walk to the sea. I say the sea because it's not an actual beach but just a stair that you can walk in to the sea. There you will have really calm and beautiful blue waters. Beaches were 15 minutes walk from the house. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks to Margarita who was supporting us, our stay was very enjoyable. We are already planning our trip back for next year.

Уютная вилла в отдельно стоящем комплексе , в достаточно хорошем состоянии . На вилле есть все для комфортного проживания. Множество посуды,капсульная кофеварка и прочее.. Бассейн чистят практически ежедневно. Заезд бесконтактный,кодовый замок. При заезде было чисто и запах был очень приятный,даже в шкафах. Мы рекомендуем виллу к посещению.

Improvements: Не много напрягало условие обязательного депозита 500 евро и ограничение по электричеству ,при этом мы были не в курсе что было на счётчике до нашего выезда и после. Но все прошло успешно. Депозит вернули на следующий день без проблем в полном объёме.Вечерами из соседнего отеля достаточно громко играет музыка,но нам это даже нравилось 😊

Memorable stay with lots of sun and sea!

Location for us was excellent. !0 minutes walk to Konnos Beach and slightly longer to Green Bay (20 mins). Some very good restaurants close by. We also had a rental car so it was a 5 min trip to Protaras to pick up groceries. Ideal for families who want a relaxed holiday. Also having own pool in villa was a winner with the kids.

Improvements: Being a bit picky - a couple of the sun loungers broke during our stay and weren't replaced. Also the outdoor wooden table and chairs had a tendency to stain clothes/towels so could do with being replaced or treated.
