About This Villa

Hann's Villa is in set in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras in the prestigious complex known as "Blue Water Bay Village"

This well-presented 4-bedroom holiday home has sea views, boasts sunshine from morning – evening and is just a few minutes’ walk to the local sandy beaches.

Outside Hann's Villa offers plenty of privacy with its mature garden, a purpose built large wooden pergola to give ample shade from the mid-day sun, private swimming pool, outdoor furniture, BBQ and gated off-road parking.

There are two levels in this holiday home. With the ground floor offering an open plan area with a spacious living room which comes complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, air conditioning and access to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern cooking facilities.

The first bedroom is downstairs, it has a double bed and good wardrobe space, air conditioning and guests have access to the spacious downstairs WC/shower room.

Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms. The first of the upstairs bedrooms offers a double bed, while the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles, both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ample wardrobe space and a share the family bathroom. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, large built in wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom and a large veranda with outdoor furniture, which overlooks the garden and sea views.

The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more. Age requirements: Young groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.

The house and the pool was very clean! We loved the garden. Very beautiful place for vacations. It has everything you need on the house. Mrs Margarita that we talked, was very helpful and kind. Helped us on everything and was next to us for whatever we needed.

Improvements: The balcony of Hannah Villa was exactly up of our pool and the neighbors was watching us all the time..

мы большой компанией (18 человек) отдыхали с 7 по 15 февраля 2020г. Виллы Hannah и Hanna. Заселение прошло без проблем - сняли с карты депозит и сообщили код от ключиков. Расположение вилл - отличное, немного портят вид теплицы. море - рядом. магазины кафе - в пешей доступности.

Improvements: было такое впечатление что на виллах никто никогда не жил. не было ни соли, ни тряпок и мочалок кухонных, ни таблеток для посудомоечной машины. и всюду - грозные объявления на русском " если не почистим камин - штраф... если решетка гриль будет с остатками пищи - штраф... если оставите личный мусор - штраф...". Ну ОК, мы не против все почистить-убрать-подмести. И для этого пришлось купить много чего. НО ведь если есть гриль во дворе, почему нет металлических щеток для решеток? если есть посудомоечная - почему нет таблеток к ней? Когда мы уезжали мы выбросили все продукты и все, что куплено хозяйственно-бытового. Чтобы не было желания посчитать это личным мусором и снять штраф. Потому то и возникает впечатление, что на виллах никто не жил. Приглашали (за день !!!) консьержек из управляющей фирмы именно для того, чтобы сдать виллы и не выбрасывать много чего полезного. Но никто не пришел. В первые дни на вилле Hannah не работал нагреватель воды. на звонки об этом - лекция как включить обогреватель. Простите, мы умеем читать - инструкция висит на стене на русском. через 4 дня мастер заменил какой-то элемент и у нас появилась горячая вода. мы думаем (надеемся) , что в высокий сезон обслуживание более поворотливое. За неделю проживания мы видели одного человека, который чистил бассейн. было весело. нам так не повезло с погодой - холод и дождь. но бассейн был чистым и весь подсвечен.
