About This Villa

L.A. Mer Homes is proud to present this modern 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in Ayia Triada, a suburb of Protaras. The villa is just a 5-minute walk to the beach of Ayia Triada and all amenities are just a few minutes' walk.

Outside the villa offers a private swimming pool, with good space for the sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers comfortable seating with a large corner sofa, coffee table, blinds throughout, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, WIFI, a good size dining area seats up to 8 persons, access to the garden via the patio doors with nice sea views which lead out onto a large patio with access to the pool area via a staircase.

A double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with access to a family shower room.

Leading upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms. A large spacious en-suite master bedroom with beautiful sea views and a private terrace balcony to relax with fabulous sea views and overlooking the pool, air-conditioning, and window blinds throughout.

The two further bedrooms consist of one double bed and the other with 3 single beds which both have use of a family shower room. Air-conditioning and window blinds throughout.

Overall Ayia Triada View is a well-located holiday home ideal for families or groups.

House in a good location

Liked: We really liked the location of the house. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the sea was just great. The house is in a quiet area and you can easily walk to the beach or to the various restaurants. The support provided by La Mer Homes during the booking process was very good. Questions were answered very quickly via the chat. During our stay we had a technical problem which was resolved very promptly.

Improvements: We preferred to have had a short personal contact with a member of staff after our arrival. The laminate in the master bedroom is slightly damaged - probably splashed from the bathroom, which is far too small (two of the three bathrooms are, unfortunately, very small). Throughout the house the window blinds are stained (probably from renovation work) which looks very unattractive and certain chrome parts are slightly tarnished (sooner or later, something had to be done on it)

Excellent villa

Liked: We stayed here middle of March, villa is close to lovely beach with a nice coastal walk. There is a Lidl close by or our preferred supermarket was a Metro. The pool area is a suntrap and is well set up. Lots of space inside and out. The rooms are large and the ground floor is well set up, big well equipped kitchen. The sofa's are ideal for a siesta. Easy drive to Ayia napa or protraras. Over all lovely villa.

Improvements: General cleanliness -bathrooms were grotty with dirty shower curtains and worn flooring etc - dirty kettle, toaster not working properly, dirty blinds at windows with stains - outside pool area a little worn rusty BBQ rusty pool shower

+ the location is great, being very close to the beach and to the bus stop + the beach close to the villa (Ayia Triada Beach) is one of the best in the area, you have a taverna, it's pretty big and if you go early you can always get sunbeds. Watch out, the weekends are busier and you should be there at around 8AM if you want to find sunbeds + great price + great communication with the host, they were always replying to us very fast on whatsapp + easy checkin + access to a washing machine

Improvements: - the rooms aren't very clean, there are ants you have to deal with - the bedroom downstair is quite small - the dishwasher is an older model and it's not intuitive how to turn it on and we also had to sometimes rinse the dishes afterwards - there are no additional kitchen supplies so we had to buy everything like salt, oil, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, and we left them there, so not sure if no one before us left them, or they clean everything after the guests
