La Mer Homes is proud to present this stylish two-bedroom modern penthouse, perfectly located in the heart of Protaras—just 150 metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Ideal for couples or families, the apartment includes a private parking space and access to a communal elevator for easy arrival. A spacious private sun terrace and large rooftop garden with sweeping sea views offer plenty of space to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, and take in the scenery.

Inside, the apartment features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa (which also functions as a sofa-bed), a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, air-conditioning, and WiFi throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a fridge-freezer and washing machine. The dining area seats up to 8 guests around a sleek modern table.

There are two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, its own en-suite shower room, a TV, blackout blinds, bedside lighting, air-conditioning, and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds—great for children or friends—plus shared use of the family bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a shared sun terrace furnished for relaxing outdoors.

Upstairs, the rooftop garden is a true highlight. With breathtaking views over the sea, this space includes sun loungers, a shaded lounge corner, a kitchenette with sink and fridge, a BBQ, and a dining area—perfect for sunny breakfasts or evening meals at sunset.

Liked: Красивые апартаменты с панорамным окном во всю стену, открывающим вид на бесконечный горизонт моря. Удобное расположение: хороший пляж, магазины и рестораны в шаговой доступности.

Improvements: Немного смущал вход в здание, но это скорее небольшой технический минус. Залоговый депозит 500 евро был возвращен после напоминания спустя 8 дней после отъезда. Мелочь, но не приятно.

Отличное место в Протарас!

Liked: Великолепный вид на море из гостиной! Чистые апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Три душевые только на 1-м этаже! Терраса на крыше. Удобное расположение, паркинг. Управляющая компания LaMer - всегда на связи, в случае непредвиденных ситуаций - достойно их решают.

Improvements: Периодические проблемы с электричеством.

Liked: Die Lage ist absolut klasse. Zum Strand links/rechts jeweils zu Fuß nur Minuten. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Auf G/maps schwierig zu finden, aber die Videos von LAMERHOMES führen direkt hin. Kein Problem. Die Wohnung, im November genutzt, hat eine phantastische Glaswand, die man je nach Temperatur Stückweise verschieben kann. Die freie Sicht zur See morgens wie abends, herrlich. Viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Im Sommer Rooftop für lange Nächte. Mitten in der Stadt, wo alles vorhanden ist. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

Liked: Прекрасный панорамный вид на море. Стильные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Наличие бытовой техники. До моря 1 минута. Такого удачного расположения найти сложно. Идеальный вариант для отдыха и длительного проживания, чувствуешь себя как дома, уютно и современно. Менеджер всегда на связи. Есть трансфер -очень удобно и надежно.

Improvements: Горячая вода была с перебоями. Но это проблема всего Кипра и системы водоснабжения. Я думаю летом таких проблем нет

Improvements: You could check and change mattress pads more often. Disinfection is not at the best level (one bedroom). The very unpleasant smell made our stay uncomfortable. Bad smell from garbage at the entrance to the elevator.
