About This Villa

These modern-built super holiday homes are pairing the luxury and comfort of a homely environment with impressive resort-style amenities. The villas are situated just minutes walk from Protaras main strip and between Cyprus' most famous beaches, Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious outdoor and pool areas provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

The villas are set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to multiple international channels, a dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, and a bedside table.

The second bedroom offers a large double bed, blackout blinds, air-conditioning a bedside table and the third bedroom offer 2 x single beds, blackout blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables & good wardrobe space.

All bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms.

The rooftop is probably one of the most amazing features of these holiday homes. Equipped with a large Sitting area, this could be the ideal spot to relax after a long and warm day and admire the amazing sea view.

Liked: The location is great, near super markets but you do need a car if you want to travel to the beach... The villa itself is absolutely fantastic, very clean in the kitchen bathrooms, showers toilets.. pool was amazing lovely clean and clear water daily. On site bbq facilitie which was great. Overall, we will definitely come back here again in the near future! Thank you guys for making our stay as pleasant as it was. Ariel.

Improvements: First, need to pay an extra for any basics, as a toilet paper or towels. There is no Wi-Fi upstairs on downstairs. And there was a huge issue with the electricity, a total power shutdown about 3 times during the last 2 days of our visit, without us using any devices, had to pack our luggage in the dark. Got a tiny apology from the staff, like it is a totally normal thing.

The location was good, 10-15 minute walk into main centre meaning it was a quieter area for our family break. Reliable, frequent buses and taxis at a reasonable price too. The villa itself is impressive on first approach, well set out, spacious and well equipped. The pool is a good size and we had everything we needed. The roof terrace affords great views around the area and lovely for watching sunset.

Improvements: Towel change, additional rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets are chargeable. For the price these should be included, rubbish bags especially given you have to put toilet paper in the bins. Signs in villa warning of additional charges - agressive and intrusive. Information should be emailed to the customer before stay. Warning about using more than electricity allowance but no guidelines on how to monitor. Lot of broken items 2 glasses, a chair, pool and bathroom tiles, the furniture on the roof terrace. Informed the company as we were worred they would take our security deposit. Oven / hob did not work on first attempt and trouble trying to get someone out to sort it. When they did, more luck than management that they got it started and then tempermental all week. TV wasn't tuned and when someone came out to do this, more of less said we had messed it up. The matteresses on all beds were far too firm and quite uncomfortable. Towards the end of our holidays, the villa opposite was rented to a group of young men who hired dune buggies and revved these in the early hours on the street, when we raised this with La Mer, they said they would warn them but we should call the police! This carried on all week even though La Mer say they don't let villas to under 25s. BBQ was filthy! Last day, van outside at 10.40 even though website says check out at 12. Told next customer arriving early. Started cleaning while we were still there. Disappointing.
