About This Villa
Villa Atlantis enjoys a fantastic seafront location in the scenic Cape Greco area, known for its crystal-clear waters and beautifully shaped coves—perfect for beach-loving families. This comfortable holiday home is part of a quiet, private complex and is just a short walk from two local beaches, including the popular Konnos Bay.
Designed with easy holiday living in mind, the villa features a bright open-plan layout with modern furnishings, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals. The living area opens out to a mature garden with a private swimming pool, a shaded seating area, an outdoor shower, and a traditional barbecue—great for relaxed days in the sun.
There are three bedrooms, making the home well-suited for families. Two rooms include double beds and ample storage, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed and a pull-out mattress���ideal for children or extra guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort throughout the summer months.
In just five minutes on foot, guests can reach the beach, with Konnos Bay offering water sports, sun loungers, a snack bar, and shallow areas suitable for younger swimmers. Within walking distance, there are also a few local restaurants and an Italian eatery with a family-friendly menu.

Perfect spot, very comfortable house and staff was super attentive
Liked: The house is spacious and everything comfortable. Pool was great. The location is great as we could just walk to a local market and restaurant and bus stop. 5 minutes walk to the sea. I say the sea because it's not an actual beach but just a stair that you can walk in to the sea. There you will have really calm and beautiful blue waters. Beaches were 15 minutes walk from the house. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks to Margarita who was supporting us, our stay was very enjoyable. We are already planning our trip back for next year.

Mooie villa, leuk ingericht, fijne tuin. Voor ons gezin ideaal. Locatie was prima voor ons, wij hadden wel een auto gehuurd.

Отличная домушка в посёлке себе подобных. Тихое местечко, приятные соседи, есть хороший пляж в пешей доступности и отличные пляжи, если взять машину. Дом полностью соответствует представленным фото. Всё было чисто и аккуратно. Сервис совсем ненавязчивый, но наши просьбы о прочистке засора и замене лампы в бассейне были выполнены. Есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца (без пляжных), посудомойка и стиральная машина. Все спальни оборудованы кондиционерами и телевизорами. В шаговой доступности есть прекрасная таверна и магазин. Но лучше всё же взять машину, благо парковка под навесом у самого дома. В целом порекомендовал бы данный объект на компанию 4-5 человек.

Improvements: Есть несколько моментов, которые стоило бы улучшить, хотя на общее впечатления это не особо повлияло: 1. В бассейне не было лестницы. Вылазить приходилось, подтягиваясь на бортике. Так как среди нас был пенсионер и ребёнок - им было проблематично пользоваться бассейном в отсутствии мужчин. В итоге лестницу нам привезли, но так и не закрепили (возможно из-за того, что у службы не было ключей от заднего двора). В итоге вылазить стало легче, но лестницу надо было держать. Надеюсь, что этот недостаток устранят. 2. За батарейками в пультах не следят. Мелочь, но пару кондиционеров сходу включить не смогли. 3. Вот ну очень бы помогли москитные сетки. Хоть комаров мы и не встретили, но стоит зажечь свет и летит всякая живность от мала до велика. А хотелось бы спать не под кондиционером, а просто с открытым окном (тишина места позволяет). К тому же это и выгодно экономило бы электричество.
