About This Villa
Villa Elaine is set on a small complex and is located in one of the best areas of the Protaras, Pernera region and just minutes' walk to a variety of good local and international restaurants and night-life with bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organized beaches.
The nearest beach and the newly constructed boardwalk by Pernera beach with crystal clear waters is a 10-minute walk from the villa and stretches right down to Fig Tree Bay and the main area of Protaras.
The boardwalk (good access for prams and wheelchairs) is lit up in the evenings and is lined with cafeterias, ice cream stands, restaurants and hotels.
The private outside area offers a private swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, an outdoor sitting area, BBQ, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
Inside this bright modern villa, features a comfortable large sofa and a large flat screen TV with Satellite TV Box and access to a big variety of international channels; a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need with a guest WC all on ground level.
On the second level there are 3 bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower and access to a private balcony and a further double and twin bedroom with access to a shared balcony and access to the family bathroom.
Villa Elaine is ideal for families and friends wanting to be within easy reach of everything for a carefree holiday.

Lovely villa in a great spot
Liked: La mer homes are fabulous at communicating and helpfulness. The villa is spacious and well located. Pool is a good size and the villa is well equipped. Tv options are great.
Improvements: Villa is looking a bit tired now and could do with a revamp. Pool has broken bits round the edges which you need to be careful on and the patio furniture could do with being cleaned if not replaced. A sweeper (not a brush) would be handy too as for long stays it’s difficult to keep clean with no weekly cleaners coming in.

Wonderful stay in fabulous house in Pernera. Clean, ample storage and a good sized place. It has pretty much everything you need (note to future guests to bring/be prepared to buy tea towels and cleaning products!) yet we didn’t use the outside area much as it’s too cool in November.

Very comfortable villa in a great location!
Liked: The villa was very comfortable, particularly the beds, with good furnishings. The pool was refreshing but doesn’t get much sun in the afternoon - not to worry there is probably the best beach in the med a 5 minute walk away (Kalmais). The villa is well located if you are happy to have a quieter holiday, good restaurants are walkable but you are quite far from the centre of Protaras - buses do run there but we found them a little difficult to work out timing. A car would be ideal but not essential. If you are happy to have a lazy holiday between a pool, beach and restaurant with Uber comfy beds this is the place for you!

Beautiful villa in stunning Pernera . Great facilities very well equipped. Villa located 10-15 mins from beach . Noisy dog in villa across from villa barking early in morning. Also building work going on and wakened early with noise.

Liked: Very clean and modern villa good location for pernera strip but quite a walk for the protaras strip. Pool was cold as the sun is only on the garden in the morning you have to keep moving sunbed around to catch any sun. Bed was lovely and comfy and nice hot powerful shower. Phoned the office twice as we had an issue with our TV service was excellent they got someone out straight away and the guy was lovely. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine and everything you need. Would definitely use la mer homes again.
Improvements: A brochure telling you where bins are and how to get to certain places ie beach, protaras strip etc if you have never been there it would be handy to know which direction to head. Also instructions on how to use cooker etc. When the pool man is due. The outside sunlounger cushions could do with replacing.

Liked: Well decorated and clean. Lovely pool. Great location - Kalamies Beach is beautiful but within easy reach of Protaras for the hustle and bustle. Will definitely return.

Вилла новая и идеально чистая Оснащена всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха Местоположение вполне удобное При наличии автомобиля легко добираться как до прекрасных пляжей, так и до супермаркетов Мы уже скучаем по этому уютному дому и мечтаем вернуться😊
