Perfectly equipped & maintained villa & pool

Everything in the house was arranged to the potential need of the client & the kitchen had everything in place inclusive a Nespresso machine. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pool was well maintained.

Liked: Everything is on the ground floor, very convenient all appliances were working and in good condition

Improvements: The villa needs some more lighting on the patio/swimming pool area!

Exceptional

Liked: We stay at KYMMA villa #5. Villa was as beautiful as on the pictures. We really love it. Swimmingpool is big enough. Staff was helpfull. Villa is located about 8km from Ayia Napa Center but near from it, is bus stop and a lot of taxi are driving at the area, so that wasn't any problem to go to the City for dinner, partyshopping. If you would like to go sightseeing it is good place to start your trips. So if you choose Kymma you will enjoy your stay like we do.

Liked: The villa was lovely and in a nice position on the edge of the estate of villas. Three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the gardens are ample.

Improvements: The rattan garden furniture is all very warn and the sofa has a huge hole in it. It also has incorrect cushions and very uncomfortable. The mattresses are all very hard. We folded duvets and slept ontop of them to make them comfortable.. the single beds both creek badly if you make the slightest movement. Would benefit from new single beds and mattresses.

Great Villa and Service by La Mer

Liked: We have now stayed with La Mer Homes in Ayia Thekla 4 times and the service each time has been faultless. Very responsive to any questions. In a previous stay a water pump went and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Great company, would highly recommend from all our experiences.

Liked: Lokalizacja, domek z ogródkiem i basen, przyjemna okolica, blisko do pięknych plaż. Domek wygodny, 3 łazienki były pozytywnym zaskoczeniem, niczego nam nie brakowało, wyjazd marzeń :)

Improvements: Nie było takiej rzeczy, ale warto pamiętać że to lokalizacja raczej dla osób z samochodem :)

Liked: The property was perfect. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids, they had a blast, the property and the pool were super clean. Everything needed for the stay is readily available. In a quiet area, not too far from Ayia Napa, we rented a car which made the stay perfect.

Lovely villa, great value

Liked: The villa was lovely and very clean. Gorgeous facilities, plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is excellent as it's only a 10 min drive to the heart of Ayia Napa, although I strongly suggest if you're staying here you hire a rental car as there isn't much within walking distance. Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the villa was especially considering the reasonable price!

Liked: Aside from the very lovely, immaculate and beautifully located and quiet Villa. The service from all of the staff at LaMer was second to none, from the booking, to the maintenance guy, to issue resolution / advice / assistance and even assistance from one of the company directors in a longer term residential solution for my family and I, we could not recommend them highly enough.

Improvements: Beds are poor. You could feel the springs in your bones. Other bed noisy. Could do with an upgrade. Just a good top mattress would do. Outdoor furniture pillows should be upgraded, torn open.
