About This Villa

These modern-built super holiday homes are pairing the luxury and comfort of a homely environment with impressive resort-style amenities. The villas are situated just minutes walk from Protaras main strip and between Cyprus' most famous beaches, Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious outdoor and pool areas provide the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

The villas are set out on three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to multiple international channels, a dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, black-out blinds, air-conditioning, and a bedside table.

The second bedroom offers a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning a bedside table and the third bedroom offer 2 x single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables & good wardrobe space.

All bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms.

The rooftop is probably the one of the most amazing feature of these holiday homes. Equipped with a large Sitting / Dining area, this could be the ideal spot to relax after a long and warm day and admire the amazing sea view.

Liked: Beautiful, modern villa, all 3 bedrooms en-suite plus another shower room/bathroom downstairs, lovely, large pool, really clean throughout. Easy to find & access via key lock box. Staff easy to get hold of, I needed an adapter for hairdryer, maintenance brought me one around, brilliant customer service. Only booked a few days before staying at a brilliant price! We have stayed at various villas in Cyprus over the last 14 years & this one was one of the best! Cannot recommend any better....Thank you so much for a lovely stay at your gorgeous villa 😊

Improvements: Having stayed with you before, I recommend to my friends we should book with you as I have always had a great experience unfortunately this time I was disappointed. The amenities were lacking, a villa that sleeps 6 had only 3 mugs, 3 wine glasses, one tea towel and cupboard doors hanging off the wall. The pool area had multiple cracked tiles, right by the steps making it dangerous for my child to enter the pool. We also reported on our first day we could not gain access to the roof terrace as the key was stuck. This was not rectified and as a result had to dry our clothes on pool chairs and could not use the roof terrace or appreciate the view. Unfortunately this has been disappointing as It appears the accommodations have gone downhill since my previous visit and especially when I have rated it so highly. I have pictures of all the issues we experienced and when I spoke with the gentleman cleaning the pool he even said the tiles have been like that for a long time, its been reported and nothing has been done. Its a health and safety hazard.
