These stylish, modern villas combine the comfort of home with resort-style features, offering plenty of space and privacy. Ideally located just a short walk from Protaras’ lively main strip and perfectly placed between two of Cyprus’ most loved beaches—Konnos Beach and Fig Tree Bay—they make a great base for days out and family adventures.
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open-plan ground floor includes a bright living area with a comfy sofa and large flat-screen TV with international channels, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals. Patio doors lead directly out to the garden and private pool—perfect for watching the kids play while you relax nearby. There’s also a guest toilet on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, there are three welcoming bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a double bed, blackout blinds, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds—ideal for children. All bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy.
One of the highlights of the villa is the rooftop terrace. With a comfortable seating and dining area, it's a lovely spot to unwind in the evening, take in the sea views, and enjoy family time after a day in the sun.

L’endroit est fabuleux et on a passé de très bons moments dans ce lieu.
L’équipement était top (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine à café, etc…). Le petit nécessaire (papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge, bouteille d’eau) vraiment pratique car nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir. Les petits soucis ont été réglé extrêmement rapidement. Le contact avec la personne de l’agence était très attentionné et vraiment disponible pour que tout notre séjour se passe bien. La toile faisant office de parasol pour la table extérieure était très agréable. Les climatisations fonctionnaient très bien et l’organisation pour récupérer la clé était bien également. Vraiment tout était fait pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleurs conditions possibles. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.
