Improvements: Klimaanlage in einem Zimmern funktionierte nicht gut. Ein Fenster in einem Raum konnte man nicht komplett schließen. Balkontür konnte man nicht aufsperren.

Everything you need for a perfect family holiday

Liked: We had a fantastic week at this villa and simply didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect for beach, boardwalk, restaurants & bars which meant our family group of 6 adults could easily come & go as they pleased. We all thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool which was just the right size. Margarita responded quickly to every query or request to ensure our holiday went smoothly and we had everything we needed - thank you so much!

Improvements: A few small things - chairs & a small table on each balcony (some of the other Sunrise villas had them) and more wine glasses (we only had four). Plus we were missing a brush to go with dustpan - I asked for one but got given another dustpan . Maybe instructions for how to use the bbq which was a little complicated.

Family vacation.

Liked: We was a family of 5 adults and 2 children, having two great weeks in SBV#3. The Villa have a perfect layout for a family, and the pool was invaluable, especially for the kids. We had all thing needed in the Villa, for a realy nice stay. The Villas have a perfekt location, only a few meters from the Med., and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We will especially recomend Paladela Steakhouse, for its exelent food, wine and service, and it is located on the nearest corner. I will especially thank Margarita for all help and a very nice comunication from the start until this day. We all hope it will be possible to return some time. A Best Buy Supermarket is only 5 minutes away. If you look for a even better selection, especially on vegetables and fruit, you find Lidl a 15 min. walk away. If you like to exercise, it is plenty of opportunities. More than 40 km of walkway along the lovely coastline. It is also many small nice gravel roads up in the hillside.

Improvements: It was only minor problems related to the bathrooms. I have understood it is known, and will be taken care of. The grill could be of a better quality. We had wiched for some chairs on the two balconies. There where the only place we had a view to the sea, and a little breeze. We didn't like to pay the extra 100€ for the 6 houers we have to wait for our transport to the airport.

Great Location

Liked: Villa is in the perfect location, a few minutes to beach and bars/restaurants. Villa was clean and tidy, we had a few issues when we arrived but they sorted them out straightaway. It had everything you needed inside Villa if you were cooking. Highly recommend Fools and Horses for drinks and food, Cheers for Breakfast staff are very friendly in both places. Sonia’s Grill, The Brewery and Siko for a nicer meal out in the evening.

Improvements: A little paint is required on the outside balcony railings as a bit rusty.

We were left for half the week in middle of heatwave with air-conditioning that didn't work in main room. They provided a fan which didn't help at all. Multiple issues. For the price they charge. We were expecting a lot more. Unnecessary stress leading up to our wedding..

Αρκετά ωραια όλα. Το κρεβάτι στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν ήταν καλό έσπασε σαν κοιμόμασταν και χτύπησε τι πόδι μας πάνω σε κάτι βίδες και έπαθε σοβαρό τραύμα. Θα το διευθετήσω το θέμα νομικά αν καταφέρω να βρω το δίκαιο μου εδώ στην Κύπρο …

Improvements: Παρά πολλά πράγματα που αναφέρει στις παροχές του δεν τα έχει ή και δεν δουλεύουν ή και δεν είναι σωστά για ασφαλή χρήση.
