About This Villa

Set just 100 metres from the amazing Fig Tree Bay Beach, and just minutes away from all amenities, these popular holiday homes are perfect for families and groups as this exclusive project set in an electric gated complex has six villas all next to each other.

The private swimming pool is of good size with a good size outdoor area with sunbeds and outside dining table and chairs and BBQ. Please note that the Gas BBQ has been replaced by charcoal traditional BBQ.

The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and leads into an open plan dining and living space with comfortable seating and a guest w/c, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to multiple international channels provided for your entertainment.

The first bedroom is conveniently located on ground floor. It offers a large double bed, air-condition and bedside table.

First Floor

The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with designer décor, with double bed and en-suite shower overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.

The two further bedrooms are furnished with the same decor of cream and wood with modern designer roller blinds and colourful artwork of expressive oil paintings. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds, both bedrooms share the family bathroom. An adjoining balcony offers a fabulous view of the swimming pool area. All the bedrooms have built in floor to ceiling wardrobes with ample space.

Liked: Cleaning was spotless. Good AC in all rooms. Prior to arrival we got all information needed for a hazzle free checkin. Staff very attentive and responded quickly to fixing a broken lightbulb or any other mishap. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Lamer Homes for making our stay truly pleasant.

Liked: Fantastisk beliggenhet. Du er bare noen få minutter unna: Strand,butikker, kiosk og alt annet du trenger for strandferien. Mye gøyale aktiviteter på de nærmeste strendene. Villaen er romslig og du har et stort uteområde som var veldig brukervennlig. Anbefales!

Everything was perfect

Liked: The house is big and has all things needed for a perfect vacation. The pool is clean and maintained periodically. The staff was helpfull to provide us a baby cot for an additional cost and arrange taxi services. Highly recommend for a family with kids.

Liked: Sunrise Bay villa is an absolute gem! Its prime location, nestled between the beach and city center, offers the best of both worlds. With four spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group. The highlight was the inviting pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The villa's modern amenities and impeccable upkeep made our stay truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat! A big thank you to the team and our house keeper!

Improvements: The window slides should be renew and maybe moskito nets at windows would help to sleep without fear of a bite. In overall nothing to complain!

Improvements: Meget høj musik fra nærliggende bar indtil kl 1-1:30 om natten, hver nat. Slidt inventar. Ingen lydisolation og ingen mørklægningsgardiner eller skodder. Ingen udsigt overhovedet og lidt klaustrofobisk pga omkringliggende bygninger. I perioder lugtscener fra udluftning fra restauranterne.

Improvements: Downstairs toilet could easily be a 3rd bathroom which would be much better. Nasty drain smell in upstairs en-suite. Noisy location due to partying in nearby location…
