Villa Alexander is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water Bay in Kapparis a very popular coastal area of Protaras with all amenities and beaches minutes away including restaurant, bars cafeterias and all sorts of shops.
This 3-bedroom villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on a good size plot with private swimming pool.
The villa inside has an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and guest WC.
Opening out from the shaded patio doors the outside area is paved within a mature garden with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
Leading upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea views, one of which is an en-suite master bedroom with a balcony, consisting of 2 doubles and 1 twin. The rooms are air-conditioned with good wardrobe space.

perfect location
Liked: The villa is beautiful just like in the photos. Check in was easy instructions had been sent before arrival. The villa is spacious the pool beautiful not too deep perfect and safe for children. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of utilities. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, beach and supermarkets. Short drive to ayia napa or protaras. We had an issue with the patio light that was sorted promptly however the pool lights were not working for the duration of the 10 days even the though we reported day 2 nothing was done. We also had another issue with the pool also that never got sorted before we left. All in all great villa in a perfect location.

Härlig villa med pool, med bara 4-5 min promenad till hav och underbar snorkling vid Malama beach.

Improvements: Some places in villa need some tlc eg pool lining, bathrooms and fly nets. It was a shame we had some pest issues would been good to supply pest control items in villa as it was a known issue. Instead we had to buy our own.
