Set within the prestigious Blue Water Bay Village in Kapparis, Villa Oscar is a bright and welcoming holiday home that enjoys sunlight throughout the day—perfect for a relaxing family stay near the coast.
Just 350 metres from the nearest beach and surrounded by local amenities, the villa is ideally located. Guests can walk to a selection of beaches, restaurants, cafés, fruit markets, shops, supermarkets, and water sports facilities—all within easy reach. The complex is family-friendly, making this a comfortable and convenient base for guests of all ages.
Outside, Villa Oscar offers a private swimming pool, mature gardens for added privacy, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Cyprus’ sunshine. There's outdoor furniture for dining or relaxing, a gas BBQ for easy family meals, wooden fencing, and off-road parking for convenience.
Indoors, the villa is fully air-conditioned and features open-plan living that’s both practical and welcoming. The lounge includes two comfortable sofas (which convert into single sofa beds), a flat-screen TV with access to over 1,000 international channels, Wi-Fi throughout, and sliding doors opening onto the pool area. A dining table for four to six guests sits just off the lounge, and the adjoining kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite shower room. The master bedroom includes a double bed, blackout blinds, air conditioning, bedside tables with lamps, generous storage space, and access to a private sun terrace overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and the same thoughtful comforts.

On the Whole a lovely stay
Liked: Location was great and ideal for a relaxing stay. Beach was a 10 minute walk away and there are a few restuarants and bars within a 5 minute walking distance. Villa was perfect for a week stay, pool was lovely and clean.
Improvements: Showers in the twin room could do with updating as well as the dishwasher. Beer can left in the bin in the lounge from previous stay!

Liked: Everything about this villa was faultless. The villa itself was immaculate, the location was perfect, had all amenities within a 5 minute walk. 100% relaxing week, loved it all & will be visiting again in the future.

Wonderful home from home
Liked: Everything from start to finish was wonderful. We received a video showing exactly how to get to the villa a few days before hand, along with keysafe instructions. So although we arrived in the dark it was easy to find. The villa was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. I had a couple of questions whilst there, which were answered and dealt with very quickly. The pool and outside furniture were clean and plentiful. The tv was amazing haven't come across anything like it before in Cyprus. You can choose your country and it pucks up all the stations for that country. This was great for evenings we wanted to stay in. Could not recommend this villa and La Mer Homes enough.

The location was perfect and peaceful. The house and its facilities served our needs and we are looking forward for our next year's accommodation. Wish we could stay more days.

unpleasant unclean
the pool was the main reason I booked this villa for our children and after having a terrible reaction to the pool water the first days of the holiday weren’t the best as they even struggled to go into the sea water, now our first thought was chlorine burn but if this is the case then that means the pool wasn’t checked before we arrived but to add to the lack of cleanliness there were bat droppings around the pool and toxic flowers hibiscus but our children have been in many many pools all around the world and this has never happened it was extremely disappointing we did complain about this .

Improvements: there were hairs all over the house the outside were the pool was was disgusting the furniture was filthy and we couldn’t use the pool really really unsanitary I could have gotten us a hotel room to stop in for half the price
