Set within the prestigious Blue Water Bay Village in Kapparis, Villa Oscar is a bright and welcoming holiday home that enjoys sunlight throughout the day—perfect for a relaxing family stay near the coast.

Just 350 metres from the nearest beach and surrounded by local amenities, the villa is ideally located. Guests can walk to a selection of beaches, restaurants, cafés, fruit markets, shops, supermarkets, and water sports facilities—all within easy reach. The complex is family-friendly, making this a comfortable and convenient base for guests of all ages.

Outside, Villa Oscar offers a private swimming pool, mature gardens for added privacy, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Cyprus’ sunshine. There's outdoor furniture for dining or relaxing, a gas BBQ for easy family meals, wooden fencing, and off-road parking for convenience.

Indoors, the villa is fully air-conditioned and features open-plan living that’s both practical and welcoming. The lounge includes two comfortable sofas (which convert into single sofa beds), a flat-screen TV with access to over 1,000 international channels, Wi-Fi throughout, and sliding doors opening onto the pool area. A dining table for four to six guests sits just off the lounge, and the adjoining kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite shower room. The master bedroom includes a double bed, blackout blinds, air conditioning, bedside tables with lamps, generous storage space, and access to a private sun terrace overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and the same thoughtful comforts.

Sleeping up to six guests comfortably, Villa Oscar is a great choice for families looking for a well-kept home in a peaceful yet central location. Please note: groups under the age of 25 are not accepted.

On the Whole a lovely stay

Liked: Location was great and ideal for a relaxing stay. Beach was a 10 minute walk away and there are a few restuarants and bars within a 5 minute walking distance. Villa was perfect for a week stay, pool was lovely and clean.

Improvements: Showers in the twin room could do with updating as well as the dishwasher. Beer can left in the bin in the lounge from previous stay!

Wonderful home from home

Liked: Everything from start to finish was wonderful. We received a video showing exactly how to get to the villa a few days before hand, along with keysafe instructions. So although we arrived in the dark it was easy to find. The villa was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. I had a couple of questions whilst there, which were answered and dealt with very quickly. The pool and outside furniture were clean and plentiful. The tv was amazing haven't come across anything like it before in Cyprus. You can choose your country and it pucks up all the stations for that country. This was great for evenings we wanted to stay in. Could not recommend this villa and La Mer Homes enough.

Great location, lovely villa

Nice villa within a quiet location, small lovely village. Sufficient facilities, restaurants, shops. Villa location is perfect for restaurants and beaches with reliable public transport. Lovely size pool and all facilities that you could need for your vacation.

Improvements: Outside furniture, cushions could do with replacing from the weathered & worn ones. Pre inspection of the villa prior to guests arriving would assist in eliminating calls to the property management company as bathroom sink didn't empty and the pool hadn't been cleaned properly. Any issues raised were immediately attended to & fixed.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The location was perfect for nipping into Protaras and there was plenty of bars/restaurants/supermarkets in the area we stayed.

Improvements: The pictures advertised on Booking.com isn't how the villa looks now. We was very disappointed with the villa and couldn't believe how unclean it was. On the first morning we was there we found ants coming up through the edge of the kitchen sink near the tap. The majority of the blinds had a lot of stains on them which made them look grubby. The sofas had paint on them. The sofa bed mattress was absolutely discussing as it was full of stains. The mattresses in the twin room are that old that you can feel every spring in them which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The main window in the twin room has dried condensation marks in between the glass so you can't see out of it. The view from the bedrooms was of a blue corrugated metal sheet fence where 2 dogs was chained up through the day and night and one of them kept barking through the night. The water tank on the roof is leaking and it caused a puddle on the tiles outside the patio doors making it dangerous walking through it. (Health & Safety Hazard)We had to put the mop bucket there to collect the dripping water. The pool has a hose pipe feeding into it as we was told the pool has a leak. (Health & Safety Hazard) The BBQ that's advertised in the pictures on Booking.com isn't what's there. The one there is a skewer BBQ which was old looking and we felt very dangerous if you have kids as the skewers pull out very easily and they have sharp pointed ends. The outside of the villa at the back is all tatty and very tired looking. We all felt that Villa Oscar shouldn't be classed as an "Exclusive" rental villa as in its current state it's more like a 2star accommodation. We also feel that the 152 euros per night we paid (11 nights we stayed) was far too expensive for the state the villa is in and we certainly wouldn't be recommending this villa to any friends or family. I've uploaded photos of the things I've mentioned so you can see what we mean.
