The villa features its own private driveway and an inviting courtyard entrance. On this upper level, there’s a bright en-suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space, and air conditioning—great for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped for family meals and relaxing together. Large patio doors open out to a decked terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating, leading down to a large grassy space—ideal for children to run and play while you enjoy the view or unwind by the pool. Amazing Villa

Liked: This villa is as expected from the description and the photos. It’s spacious and modern with all the facilities and more to ensure a relaxing holiday. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the sea and then the centre of Protaras for restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa.

Improvements: The TVs didn’t work in all areas which was fine for us as we didn’t particularly need them but nice to have the option

The staff at La Mer homes were excellent and the location excellent but hot water system was rubbish and owners need to

Improvements: the hot water system was terrible. you had to put the water heater on for showers/hot water and it wasn’t sufficient for 8 people. we had to stagger our showers otherwise we would run out of hot water. it would take about two hours every evening for us all to get a hot shower. also we had birds nest in the courtyard which although they were sweet they messed the floor. also for a villa for eight people we had one key, should really have had at least two keys

A lovely place with some need for renovation

Improvements: Wi-Fi was weak, especially downstairs. A router / extender is needed. Parts of paint have fallen off. The place was had not been properly cleaned - we had to deep clean it ourselves.

Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk. Gåafstand til snorkling, indkøb og byliv. Ligger på en meget lille og rolig strækning. Huset er lidt slidt, men beliggenhed, udsigt og indretning af værelser og stuer er virkelig god. Skønt hus til 8 personer.

Improvements: Huset virker lidt slidt og kunne godt trænge til lidt opfriskning. Stole og borde på terrassen, kun 5 liggestole til 8 personer, der mangler lidt udstyr i køkkenet. En gasgrill ville være fantastisk at have (som der er på billedet, men der er kun en alm grill til kul)
