Ideal for families, this villa offers privacy and comfort, with a spacious fenced garden, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor shower—perfect for refreshing after a swim or a day at the nearby beach.
Just an 8-minute walk from the scenic Sirens Beach and a short drive to Ayia Napa’s popular attractions like the Waterworld Waterpark and Ayia Napa Marina, the villa combines a serene setting with easy access to entertainment and dining options. Restaurants, cafes, and nightlife spots are only a few minutes away by car, giving you convenience without compromising on tranquillity.
Inside, the villa is designed with family comfort in mind. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a shower for convenience after outdoor activities. The sleeping arrangements include a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. Improvements: Keine Beleuchtung des Schwimmbads Zu viele verschiedene Lichtschalter im Haus Töpfe, Pfannen & Kasten waren etwas „muffig“ (stinkend) Risiko hoch, dass man sich raussperrt. Türen im Haus sind ziemlich laut.

Improvements: היו הרבה תקלות, שחלקו טופלו אבל בוילה בעלות כזו לא צריך בכלל להגיע למצב שצריך לדווח על בעיות תוך כדי החופשה. הניקיון היה בינוני, המקלחות ובפרט המקלחת בחדר ההורים היתה מוזנחת, המקלחון מיושן, תיקונים מכוערים על הקיר, לא היה מקום להניח את מוצרי הטואלטיקה והארון הקטן על הקיר היה שבור במטבח היו כלים רבים מדיי מאותו סוג, אבל חסרו כלים מסוגים אחרים. קנינו בעצמנו מגבות מטבח כי לא היה, גם נייר סופג ומוצרים בסיסיים לתפעול המטבח והנקיןן לא היו, שקבלנו בשפע בכל וילה אחרת, כמו למשל טבליות למדיח, גם סבון הכלים שהיה, היה מדולל עם מים טזה נתן תחושה של חוסר נדיבות. המחבתות היו ישנות ושרוטות עד כדי כך שקנינו בסופר מחבת חדשה והשתמשנו רק בה. תנור האפייה היה מטונף, פשוט מלוכך כאילו לא נוקה חודשים, עם שמן שהתקשה על התחתית. זה היה מתחת לכל ביקורת. כשכתבתי לבעלת הבית שהתנור מלוכלך ולא נוכל להשתמש בו ככה, היא החזירה לי בשאלה- אם היינו רוצים שמישהו יבוא לנקות אותו. זה ממש לא מתאים ורמת שירות לא מספקת. האור בבריכה היה תקול ואחרי התיקון המנורה נותרה בולטת לתוך הבריכה. החלל המרכזי חשוך מדי ואין מספיק תאורה, באופן. כללי התאכזבנו משהייה שהיתה לא זולה וציפינו להרבה יותר..
