Liked: The villa was clean, well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The patio overlooks a lovely green garden, and the communal pool was a great place to relax. Quiet area but still close to Ayia Napa.

We chose this property because it was near the wedding venue for my niece. It had a lovely outdoor space plus a terrace upstairs (which unfortunately had a lot of pigeon droppings on). The pool was lovely, it was very quiet when we were there - It was big enough for me to swim for exercise rather than just use it to cool down.

Improvements: It’s a long way from shops or cafe/bars, so you need a car to shop for food. I could not work out how to open the patio doors on arrival and there are no instructions in the property. I made a phone call the next day and the people who manage the apartment talked me through it. Also the instructions for turning off the alarm were not very clear and we had a problem with it. I don’t know if I did something wrong, but again the management company came out and reset it so all was ok. Apparently there is a bus nearby that takes you into Ayia Napa but again there was no information in the apartment about this. There were also no instruction how to work the complex tv set.

Prima vacanta in Cipru

Locația aproape de plaja, foarte liniștită. Ușor de găsit începând cu a doua sosire la locație. Prima data cand am ajuns ne-a dat ceva bătai de cap. Cred ca este foarte accesibila si daca ajungi cu transportul in comun, autobus. Noi am închiriat o mașină pe perioada vacantei. Loc de parcare foarte convenabil si sigur in curtea proprietății sau in afara, in apropiere.

Improvements: Era mai fain daca apa din piscina era încălzită, macar la 25-30°. Piscina este comuna , la dispoziția celor care sunt cazați in cele 10-12 vile din jurul ei. Sunt convins ca pe timpul verii este extraordinara. Nu am găsit containerul pentru colectarea gunoiului menajer, poate era utila si pentru asta o mică informare din partea proprietarilor.
