La Casa De Louie is a warm and welcoming villa with panoramic seaviews in the peaceful coastal area of Ayia Thekla, just 50meters from the calm, family-friendly shores of Sirens Beach. With gentle waves, soft sand, and shallow waters, it's ideal for children to paddle and play. The nearby Ayia Thekla Chapel, set against a backdrop of sweeping sea views, adds to the area's quiet charm.
Set on a generous private plot, the villa offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The private swimming pool is perfect for family fun, with a surrounding wooden-deck terrace, sun loungers, and a shaded patio where parents can unwind. An outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ with extra seating make mealtimes easy and enjoyable, whether it’s a laid-back lunch or an evening cookout.
Inside, the open-plan layout creates a light and spacious setting for shared moments. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar connects to a dining area and comfortable lounge, where a large flat-screen TV with international channels offers easy entertainment after a day in the sun. We had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious, modern, and perfectly located near the beach. We enjoyed the stunning sea views, well-equipped kitchen, and relaxing pool area. Everything was well-maintained and very clean. We will defently come back soon.

A perfect family vecation – comfortable, relaxing, and close to the sea.
We had a wonderful family vacation here and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views, and the beach is just a short walk away. The house is very well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is very good! and easy to use, and everything was well organized. We stayed here with our children and felt completely at home. It was a great, relaxing holiday and we would happily come back.

Improvements: Wie wir ankamen war nichts geputzt. Alles war richtig verdreckt. Betten Katastrophe. Matrazen schon sehr gelb und die Qualität war richtig beschissen.
