The apartment itself was nice,clean and the air-conditioning worked. Near beaches, amenities and bus stops.

Improvements: This apartment was Falsely Advertised on Booking.com. The description stated a Private Pool, garden ,terrace and barbecue. None off which are at the property or available to the property. When I emailed to ask about this , La Mer Homes would not respond to my email. Right from the start La Mer homes made it clear they were not going to deal with these issues .They are extremely quick to send emails when it cones to taking clients money (in my case under false pretences) but slow to respond to anything else. The WiFi went on the forth day ,and emails went back and forth until eventually they sent someone out who concluded a technician was needed.. and by then we were leaving. During this time I was replying to La Mer via their own website and unknown to me they were not going through, which they acknowledge is an error on their end. I find this very strange . Other shortcomings with the property are that the entrance to the building is up a side alley with no working outside light.Many people come up this alley to have conversations or talk on their phone and this echos up to the apartment. The apartment is on a Very Busy and Noisy main road. The traffic starts at 7am and doesn't stop until midnight. The apartment is above a shop and the supermarket next-door gets truck delivery's starting at 7am. Sometimes it is so loud that you cannot talk out on the balcony and need to come inside to have a conversation. There is the New York Karaoke bar 2 doors up and this plays extremely loud music and Karaoke until 2am. In the description advertised it said a 5 muinet walk to activities, in reality this bar is next door.
