This delightful holiday villa features 3 bedrooms; a double bedroom with access to a private balcony; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All rooms have shared access to a full family bathroom.

The living room features a comfortable large 3-seater and a 2-seater with a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to 1000+ international channels; a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Also on ground floor you'll find a guest toilet.

Improvements: Nach unserer Vereinbarung, dass uns ein Baby Bett zur Verfügung gestellt wird, hat sich herausgestellt dass das nicht der Fall war und wir mit dem Baby in einem Hotel am ersten Abend schliefen.

Improvements: There were no certain things in the house As for example drying for things Ther was washing machine but ther wasn’t where dry our clouthes (all the neighbors had) During the visit, we seen that one air conditioner wasn’t work in the room. There were very noisy neighbors, and the windows have such poor sound insulation There is a feeling as if these windows do not exist. When asked by the administration what to do with such noisy neighbors if they ignore our requests to be quiet We were ignored by the administration itself And in two days they wrote to us that our neighbors were complaining about us and that we were talking loudly and making a lot of noise. Although noisy were the very neighbors we complained about the day before! In turn, we went to bed mostly at 10or 11 p.m. sometimes we was going to sleep in 12 or 1 a.m. unlike the neighboring house, which was noisy until 5-6 a.m. in the morning.
