Family holiday

Liked: Nice Villa, peaceful location, easy to check-in and find the place. Great outside space which we took advantage of during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable and a funky shower in the cupboard, but no sink. For a two bed villa is was a decent size and as a family of 4 with teenagers there was enough space for us to have a great stay. The area is a little out of the way, busses are plentyful during the day but reduce down in the evening was a challenge getting back to the villa in the evening after paying 25 euro o e trip from ayia napa i just opted to drive. Parking is a challenge in ayia napa during peak season and book the tavernas on the weekend as they get booked out. There is the water park close by can be reached via bus or a short drive. There are 4 beaches within a short drive Nissi beach was furthest away in ghis area about 6km away around 8 minutes drive. It's a great party beach lots going on there and get there before 10 am if you want a parking spot close by. There is an afternoon foam and shower party. Sirens beach is walking distance around 5 minutes, very quiet didn't see a shop there either. Footwear is required going in the sea at this beach as it is rocky when entering the sea. Ideal for soaking up the scenery and reading a book, would advise against if you have a young family. I would be happy to return and use the villa again.

Improvements: The Villa could have been cleaner, on entering the floor downstairs front room and kitchen did not look as it had been swept as debris was visible on the floor. Looked a bit tired in places noticable the fly screen on the patio door had a big hole in it. Our stay was not effected just didn't look great visually. BBQ was looking a bit tired but worked fine during our stay.

Perfect for a Peaceful Holiday

Liked: We spent 2 weeks at this villa in Agia Thekla, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is peaceful, situated at the end of the street, right near Elena Gardens Villa, with very friendly neighbors who actually live there. Since we stayed in November, the whole area was quiet and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself was exactly as shown in the photos: cozy, and very comfortable. It felt like a real home away from home. A small TV, but with IP television offering thousands of movies (even upcoming ones) and channels from many countries. Perfect for relaxed evenings after exploring the area. There’s a small supermarket nearby for all basic items food, and for everything else you’ll need a car or you can use the regular buses that go to Ayia Napa. This villa is definitely worth staying in. Peaceful location, cozy accommodation.

Improvements: The overall cleanliness was very good, but the ceiling lamps with ventilators in all rooms really need a thorough cleaning — the amount of dust on them was terrible, and definitely something that should be taken care of before new guests arrive. The windows are not soundproof at all. Cyprus is known for extremely loud (and often illegal) motorbike noise, and you can hear them very clearly, day and night. Since we stayed in November, the activity wasn’t too frequent, but in summer this could become quite disturbing. Lastly, during our stay there were renovation works happening at a nearby villa. This meant we could hear workers during the daytime. Of course, this is temporary, but still something future guests might want to be aware of.
