AC is great and works quick the place is full equipped with everything you can imagine.

Unclean, dark, dreary and expensive for what it is

The villa had great storage. The rest was extremely basic and a let down.

Improvements: It was unclean, it only had one plug to use for kettle, toaster, microwave which you had to move each time of use. The bathrooms need updating and were unclean. The garden was disgusting! It hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was cat muck all over the artificial grass. We had to clean all up before letting our young children out there. The pool wasn’t cleaned regularly enough and chlorine tablets were just chucked in the filter! My children had skin burns from the chlorine being too strong. Bad value. It cost a fortune. We have stayed in agia thekla 2 years previous in different villas and both have been immaculate in comparison to this one. Really loud dogs across the road too that bark all day and night

It was a lovely stay, thank you. Outside space was huge and perfect for our children to play.

Improvements: Provide a Water dispenser on site so we can fill up a bottle with water, as there is a refill water machine nearby. Give more room to put our food in cupboard a there were no space to put our cupboard food ie cereals, pasta, jars, etc

Improvements: Reakcja gospodarza na informację o braku ciepłej wody- zbyt długo czekaliśmy na usunięcie usterki. Łazienka mogłaby być bardziej posprzątana.

Das Haus war großzügig, hell, sauber, praktisch. Sehr nettes Personal, das uns weitergeholfen hat. Schönes, großes Areal, vom 1.Stock Aussicht aufs Meer.

Improvements: Das Haus war bei der Ankunft leider eiskalt(Januar), wir wussten nicht, wie die Klimaanlage und das warme Wasser angestellt wird....hätte man uns irgendwie erklären müssen. So gingen wir in der ersten Nacht frieren ins Bett. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns allerdings sehr nett weitergeholfen. Außerdem waren wir von Straßenlärm umgeben. Leider war das bestellte Frühstück unvollständig, für ein paar wenige Dinge bezahlten wir für 2 Personen 80€, Preisleistung passte einfach nicht. Nicht genug Geschirr, viele Plastiktellerchen und Schüsselchen.

Wonderful Holiday

Villa had everything you could possibly need. We cooked proper meals as well as eating out. Pool space was fantastic and the villas location, walking distance to a beach, and a short drive to numerous stunning beaches in ayia napa was fantastic.

Improvements: There were dogs at a neighbouring property over the road which were noisy at times, even during the night. Didn't really bother me but did wake my wife a couple of times. Not a big deal but pretty much the only negative thing we could say.
