Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle , a 8 à pieds de la première crique, c est un rêve ! Niveau propreté et service c est 10/10. J y retournerai très vite 💫💫

La maison était très agréable et confortable, 5 minutes à pied d'une petite plage avec eau turquoise et pas loin de konnos beach. Protaras est à 5 minutes en voiture. On a passé un très bon séjour

Magnificent house in the best location

Beautiful house, very well equipped and hyper clean, in a perfect location at 5min walk from the sea with pristine clear waters and magnificent little coves. Very easy access with bus stop next to the property that takes you to Ayanapa or Protaras center in few minutes. Highly recommend for a great family vacation in a farniente mood.

The location is in the middle of nowhere so you have to drive everywhere

The villa is very spacious with all kitchen appliances and dishes you will need . The wardrobes are great as you can put all your clothes in and still have lots of spaces . Bathrooms are also good and beds are very comfortable. Patio has 3 tables, set of chairs each and sunbeds for sunbathing. Towels and beddings were provided and there is a washing machine if needed. No cleaning facility was provided for the entire week unless paid which I was only told about when I contacted the agency during our stay , which wouldn’t be so bad if they left us with the basic cleaning products for bathrooms etc. We were given only one bin bag for 8 days !!!! which meant we had to buy them ourselves. The ONE shop on the road is very expensive , the advertised local St. Andreas Beach is full of rocks which makes the swimming rather uncomfortable as you have to keep watching where you step and rather dangerous for a 6 years old. We went there only once and then drove every day to the Fig Tree Beach. The pool at the property has a good size and the water was warm however it needs rewamp. The grout between tiles is very old, used and dark. This makes the edges of the tiles very sharp which resulted in my 6 years old son cutting his toes TWICE. The pool is maintained by I assumed a local Pool company which showed up unannounced about 3 times during a week to check the pool and add pool chemicals. The pool is somehow loosing significant amount of water daily( maybe through some holes in the grout) which meant we had keep adding water each morning to make sure it filters. The walls of the pool were getting green maybe due to lack of algae treatment which I normally do at my pool at home.

Improvements: The location although quite ( except 3 days where neighbors had renovation work done which made it very loud ) is in the middle of nowhere which is not what I expected!!! When I originally booked the Villa through Booking the map was showing the Villa was just by the Lidl ( I have screenshopts of the original Booking advert and location however cant attach here ) which was my main criteria for the search as I wanted to be close to the Protara’s town center and beach. I wanted to WALK and not DRIVE absolutely everywhere. The day after I booked the villa in December 2024 I contacted the agency as some pictures on their website ( not booking) were showing different location. I contacted the agency and specifically asked if it was by Lidl and was advised it was first 2 min walk and then 2 min drive when actually the Villa is 3,2 km!!!! so the information I was given was not correct. By the time I checked the Villa again in June 20255 about 2-3 weeks before my planned holiday the location was amended to the correct one on Booking and by then there was no other Villas I could have booked at short notice. I was then told by the agency that it was definitely not near the LIDL. I know the google maps may not always by 100 % accurate however in my view the initial location was selected by LIDL to attract bookings which was a clear misrepresentation. This meant I had to rent a car for 250 EURs for a week just so that I could go anywhere ( to the beach , to a restaurant , food shopping , fun park etc ) with my 6 years old child and 3x 60+years old family members. Had I known the real location I wouldn’t have booked the villa and this is exactly why I will not return there. The only form of an apologies for the obvious inconvenience was that the ladies from the agency allowed us to enter early and leave the Villa later +/- 2 hrs then the checkout time in order to match our flight times without a charge for which I was grateful for.
