Azure Villas define the ultimate getaway from the hassles of everyday life. Seaview, sunset and sunrise views, a modern lifestyle and a private pool and garden.
The villa is brand new (year 2022) and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.
This 3-bedroom villa with its own private pool, has good outdoor space (including BBQ) with sun-loungers and outdoor furniture for total relaxation.
Inside this holiday home is bright and airy, fully air-conditioned, with an open plan living dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast island and with everything you will need for your holiday break.
The living area hosts a corner sofa with a widescreen TV with lot of satellite channels and free WI-FI connection and the private swimming pool is accessible via the patio doors. A guest WC is also found on this level.
Leading upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. A master en-suite double bedroom, a twin bedroom and another with one single bed and a double sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes and black-out curtains and also there is a direct access to a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. All bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Parking & Vehicle Information
To help keep the complex safe and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to keep the following in mind:
Quad bikes and buggies aren’t permitted inside the complex. Please also remember to drive slowly (maximum 10 km/h) and give priority to pedestrians.
Each villa has its own private parking/driveway, which you’re welcome to use. If you’re arriving with extra vehicles, we kindly ask that they be parked outside the complex.
Larger vehicles such as boats, quads, caravans, and trailers should also be parked outside the complex.
To keep the common areas peaceful and tidy, vehicle repairs aren’t allowed inside the complex unless it’s an emergency.

Nice location but not clean
It’s just a few minutes from the beach. Service and booking was easy and friendly.

Improvements: The house should be cleaner. The pool was dirty as well. Internet on the first floor was really low. Gardener came to the pool from the side entrance without knocking on the door. The floor and the stairs had been very very dirty it looked like they had not be cleaned at all. Toilet smelled bad.
It was ok but as a new property could have been better .
Improvements: Didn’t see a host .never saw a cleaner wasn’t very private from the next neighbour .

Amazing stay at Azure Villas
From start to finish we had the best booking experience. Margarita was particularly helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a lovely smooth check in & out. The villa was immaculate, it was beautiful inside and out. A lovely touch was the welcome basket with essentials such as tea coffee biscuits & a bottle of wine. The villa was in a beautiful location and close to bars shops etc. perfect for a quiet relaxing family holiday. We will definitely be returning, this is our second time using LA Mer Homes and we will continue to use them for all our holidays going forward. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Improvements: The only improvement I would suggest is in both bathrooms after a shower it did get quite wet, not sure a shower curtain is the best way of stopping this so maybe an alternative like a screen would be better to control the water.
