Tucked away in the beautiful coastal town of Protaras, Villa Penelope is a charming Cypriot-style holiday retreat perfect for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. This well-equipped three-bedroom villa offers privacy, comfort, and everything you need for a memorable getaway.

Just a short 600-meter stroll takes you to the nearest beach, and all local shops, restaurants, and amenities are within easy walking distance – no need for a car!

Step outside and you'll find a lush, mature garden surrounding a sparkling 12-meter swimming pool. Lounge on the sunbeds, enjoy outdoor meals under the covered pergola with a BBQ area, or simply unwind in the shaded seating and dining space – ideal for warm evenings and lazy afternoons.

Inside, the villa features a spacious open-plan layout on the ground floor. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV, international satellite channels, and free WiFi throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.

The dining area seats six, making it perfect for shared meals and good conversations. Large patio doors open directly to the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully.

Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a master double with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a second double bedroom, and a third with two single beds – all with ample storage and thoughtful touches. There's also a shared family bathroom for your convenience.

Villa Penelope is designed for relaxing holidays – a perfect base to explore Cyprus or simply enjoy some well-deserved downtime by the pool.

Villa Penelope

The pool was fantastic and the pool area very comfortable and pretty with all the flowers. Don’t be deceived by the bbq it was brilliant. Has its own electric rotisserie. The service from Lamer Homes was very good. We would book with them again.

Fantastic return stay

Liked: After having a wonderful stay earlier on in the year we returned in October. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious outside area is great with a large pool.

A fabulous relaxing holiday in a lovely villa.

Liked: Great location, fantastic pool and outside space. Everything you need in the villa from satellite tv, Wi-Fi and kitchen equipment. There’s also air con in every room.

Chilled, perfect location

Liked: Outside area was huge, very pretty and had everything we needed. Pool a great size and able to easily walk into town, shopsea. Car is useful to get to supermarket

Improvements: Bathrooms are dated with main shower overflowing due to long shower curtain. However, not a deal breaker. Property fantastic for price

Liked: Very nice villa. Excellent location to the beach about 350 meters. Clean neat house, with all amenities, dishes, appliances. Clean excellent pool. Lots of flowers, which is very nice. The house has a great spacious hall. Three bedrooms, each bedroom has a separate bathroom. Very quiet place for family vacation. In general, everything was there for a great time. Sergey.

The perfect holiday, swimming with turtles

Liked: Peacefull accomodation, perfect for families, very close to the see and with two lovely beaches on each side, one on the right (5 minutes' walk), one on the left of the little jetty (7/8 minutes' walk). The villa is vey nice, with every equipment you may need and a pleasant furnished patio the pool offers a good place to rest and have fun. We've loved everything: in every swim in the sea we saw turtles and several fishes.
