This welcoming three-bedroom villa in Protaras is perfect for families looking for a relaxing holiday near the beach. With plenty of space for up to six guests, it offers a private pool, a garden, and a terrace where you can enjoy quality time together.
The outdoor area is designed for family fun, featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a garden where children can play. A barbecue and outdoor dining space make it easy to enjoy meals outside.
Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, with a cosy seating area and a TV with international channels. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for home-cooked meals. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi add to the convenience.
Ideally located, the villa is just a short walk from sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops. Families will love the nearby Protaras Ocean Aquarium and the Aquamania Anastasia Waterpark, while the lively centre of Protaras is only 5 km away. Larnaca International Airport is an easy 65 km drive.
Kindly note that we cannot accommodate groups under 25 years old, and quad bikes are not permitted inside the complex. Please also be aware that construction works are scheduled outside the complex till the end of 2026.

Great location beautiful modern house but service could be better
Modern building, great location, good appliances and AC in all rooms, clean pool that was serviced every 3 days, green garden. Grass was cut during our stay.

Improvements: Bath towels were flimsy, there were no pool towels, no tablets left for dishwasher and washing machine and no trash bags left. We were not contacted at all during our stay. Kitchen table was found full of ants and two containers with ant killing spray.

Improvements: Sliding doors were incredibly hard to open to access the garden / pool. Mattresses were very uncomfortable which was disappointing as everything else was top notch!

Excellent modern villas
The management company were excellent especially Margarita. The apartment was very clean, modern and reasonably priced just a short walk from the beach. Good location just a short taxi journey away from Protaras.
