The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.

This 3-bedroom villa with its own private pool, has a shaded garden terrace with BBQ, sun-loungers, umbrellas and outdoor furniture for total relaxation.

Inside this holiday home is bright and airy, fully airconditioned, with an open plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast island and with everything you will need for your holiday break.

The living area hosts a corner sofa with a widescreen TV with lot of satellite channels and free WI-FI connection and the private swimming pool is accessible via the patio doors. A guest WC is also found on this level.

Leading upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. A master en-suite double bedroom, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with one single bed and a double sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms have black-out blinds, flat-screen TV and direct access to a balcony with a sea view that overlooks the swimming pool and can share the family bathroom.

Emerald Seaview Villa offers besides the shaded garden terrace and a lovely shaded rooftop Pergola with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying the unique views.

Liked: We visited in December, and even though the area was quiet at that time of the year, the hostesses were extremely helpful over the phone, giving advise on where to visit. Great outside facilities also, but unfortunately could not use due to time of the year. This would be perfect in the summer !

Location near the sea was nice, but also close to a very noisy beach club with loud music

Improvements: House was not very well in shape - showers very dirty, all furniture low cost IKEA style, no dish washer. Way too expensive for what you get
