Inside, the villa is bright and welcoming, with a spacious open-plan layout that’s ideal for spending quality time together. Outside, the generous pool area offers plenty of space for children to splash while adults relax nearby—whether reading a book, enjoying a meal, or soaking up the sun.
Spread over three levels, the villa offers room for everyone. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy lounge with a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area that make mealtimes simple. Large patio doors lead directly to the pool and garden area, and there’s also a convenient guest toilet on this level.
Green Bay Villa #16 features four comfortable bedrooms. A twin bedroom on the ground floor is perfect for younger guests or grandparents, with easy access to the ground-floor toilet. Upstairs are two en-suite double bedrooms, plus an additional en-suite twin room—all with blackout blinds, air-conditioning, and bedside tables to help everyone get a good night’s sleep.
Up top, the rooftop terrace offers stunning sea views and a relaxed seating area—perfect for unwinding together after a day of sun and sea.
Green Bay Villas are an excellent choice for families and small groups seeking a peaceful and well-located getaway. Please note: the property is not available for groups under the age of 25.

Fantastic 10 night stay in a gorgeous villa
Liked: The property had everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday spacious rooms with great air conditioning also the pool was ideal with plenty of sun loungers all around and plenty of lighting all around the outside to make sitting out at night perfect !
Improvements: There’s nothing about the property we didn’t like.

Liked: Perfect for families. There is a small waterpark next to the house. Just a few minutes walk away there is a small beach.

Liked: There is always worry when booking a villa as you never know what you are going to get! I can hand on heart say that this villa was outstanding. It was so well appointed that we felt at home straightaway. We had a couple of issues with the water which resulted in a call to the out of hours number but they sent someone round within 5 mins to sort. Can’t fault the service, communication and overall standards of this company.
Improvements: Maybe a sail over the area at the side of the villa to provide additional shade?

Liked: Good communication between the company and ourselves from start to finish. Villa is in a complex with others around however we did not feel over looked. Close to a couple of stores and a few minutes walk to local beaches. Well equipped.
Improvements: Book of brief instructions on cooker. Door seal on refrigerator going. Map of area showing location of nearest hospital etc. phone number was supplied for one. We found a 24 hour clinic but the first one we went to, despite saying open 24 hours, was closed.

Liked: The service we received from Margarita was second to none. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was in a perfect location and was equipped with everything you need. It was very clean - highly recommend
Improvements: Perhaps more information regarding maid service, I would have liked a mid week clean and only realised later that this has to be booked in advance
