Beautiful villa in an outstanding location

Liked: The location of this villa was perfect for my friends and I. The beach is a short walk away and fig tree bay was only a 15 minute walk away - both absolutely stunning beaches. The villa has many shops nearby including a Lidl which was a few minute walk - very handy. We loved the downstairs pool areas and made use of the downstairs fridge freezer! The pool was perfect for us and gets cleaned twice weekly. The villa is clean and spacious and we really liked the general layout. If we were to come beck to Cyprus we would definitely stay here again!

Improvements: Some bedrooms need blinds to blackout the early sunrise The double beds were uncomfortable and squeaky upstairs Something fun around the pool area would be good - ping pong table maybe

The stay was ruined for 4 nights with the lads who rented the villa next door coming in in the early hours and continued

Lovely spacious villa in a great location

Centre villa is in a perfect location . 2 min walk to lidl supermarket.. 5 Min walk to all bars and restaurants.. the villa kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Good air con all over the villa .. the villa is on 3 levels ..ground floor is your pool and outside area with a double outside fridge freezer. The fridge wasn’t dirty but could have done with a good freshen up , didn’t spoil anything . There is 3 ground floor seating areas . The outside reasonably private..Go indoors you have a double bedroom , no window , shower room and separate toilet .. upstairs to the middle floor .. the lounge and kitchen area was lovely .. well equipped kitchen and sky tv with all English channels in the lounge . No dishwasher but has a washer .. then a toilet on this floor . Go up to the top . A bathroom 2 double bedroom and a twin room . There is an iron and ironing board . That could do with been updated . It wasn’t the best . We had a problem with the internet. So I contacted Le mer homes by email at 9 am . They responded straight away and had a maintenance man with us by 11 am . Great service we thought . We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return to this villa without hesitation .

Improvements: I think the property has been cleaned a while before we arrived as it was a little “dusty” not not dirty in places. The balcony from the kitchen had bits that birds had dropped on it . We swept it the first morning and noticed in a few days they were back so I’d say . It was probably cleaned up to a week before we arrived. Wasn’t an issue as we took sprays and cleaning bits anyway due to Covid .

Pros : 1. Location is amazing- close to a very nice beach and promenade 2. We had an issue with WiFi and the agency was very fast in responding , they sent a person to fix the internet 3. Pool was cleaned twice a week

Improvements: Cons : 1. Villa is pretty old and was probably very nice 10 years ago. Everything seems to be outdated 2. Lights inside the pool were not working . We were told that it can be fixed only after the season ends 3. Grill was dirty when we arrived so we had to clean it 4. AC in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor was making loud noises after 20 min when we turn it on. Was not comfortable to sleep 5. What was not clear from the description is that there is one toilet on every floor . However , only the toilet on the 3rd floor was working properly . Two other toilets were not flushing. We had 3 bedrooms full of people on the 3rd floor and everyone had to use only one working bathroom. 6. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor doesn’t have any windows and looks like it’s in a basement . 7. No dishwasher 8. There was Nespresso coffee machine , but the owners didn’t leave any coffee tabs at least for the 1st day . Usually when you pay this kind of price , you receive complimentary coffee tabs / wine / fruits. No salt / pepper / essentials were provided . We had a great time at the villa , but all these small details make me question the price we paid for staying there . I’m pretty sure there are much better options to be found for the same price.
