Villa Greco Mare #40 is an exclusive complex located in Cape Greco. The villa is a short walk from a stunning local beach. In addition the famous Konnos Beach is a short 3 - 5 minute drive. Within the local area you'll also find some great restaurants & local supermarkets, all walking distance from the villa.

This luxury holiday home offers great space inside & out with lot's of great choices where to dine. Outside has off-road parking, private swimming pool, covered seating area with outdoor furniture, 4 sunbeds & mature gardens.

The private roof garden benefits from privacy, great for sun bathing & enjoying dinner whilst enjoying stunning sea views. Upstairs (roof garden) has it's own sink.

Inside the villa offers a combination of modern / traditional Cypriot design & furnishings with a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels.

The house is fully equipped to ensure your stay if comfortable. Open plan living / dining area, generous kitchen & down stairs guest WC.

Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms with great space & storage. The master bedroom over looks the swimming pool area via a small veranda, En-Suite shower bathroom, ample storage, bed side tables, black out blinds & luxurious double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds ideal for children, black out blinds, good storage space, bed side tables & the last bedroom also has a luxurious double bed, black out blinds, bedside table, chest of draws & ample storage. Both bedrooms have use of the family bathroom. The house offers WIFI, DVD player & satellite T.V. The complex also has it's own children's play area, which is private to the complex.

Loved every minute of our stay in Cyprus

Liked: Loved the villa - the facilities were great and location was perfect. We went in April so just at the start of the season so it was peaceful and quiet. Playground just behind the pool area which we weren't expecting but it came in handy for our son! There were even toys for our son to play with which was great! Also had a small welcome basket with tea/coffees etc. Short walk to the Cyclops caves and restaurants within walking distance.

Improvements: Going in April had it's downfalls - the pool was very cold so we didn't make any use of it unfortunately. Would have given 10ቦ and I'm being picky, I know, but the sheets on the beds weren't fitted, just plain sheets. Kept coming off when you rolled over. The duvet was also just a sheet, with a plain duvet on top, and then another sheet on top of that so we were "overloaded" with sheets. Would've liked to have had some dishwasher tabs in the welcome basket.

Liked: Хорошо оборудованная кухня с нормальной посудой и всеми необходимыми приборами. И отличный РуфГарден с прекрасным видом и легким ветерком, где с удовольствием можно выпить кофе или бокал вина.

Improvements: Нет Интернета на крыше, пришлось купить свой роутер.

Liked: Прекрасное место для отдыха с детьми, много места, уединенно, идеальный бассейн! есть все необходимое: полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, полотенца, даже халаты с тапочками!!!

Improvements: Стулья на кухне очень неудобные и несколько даже сломаны(

Villa Mare 40#

Liked: We were there from 31.5.24 - 14.6.24 and had a fabulous time. The weather was very hot but the pool was lovely to keep cool in. There is a shop nearby, three restaurants within a short distance away and beaches nearby. We hired a car, but the bus service is very regular so not really necessary. The Villa is lovely and spacious and the rooftop, though gets very hot, is lovely on an evening. The bed (even though only used the main bed) was very comfy and so were the pillows. Highly recommended.

Improvements: A kettle would be useful instead of having to heat up water in a pan for tea and coffee.
