Improvements: - Replace the teflon pans, they’re unusable since pieces of the coating come off when frying - we had many fruit flies when arriving, put some traps in the kitchen - tighten the toilet seats - lots of tiles in the pool came off, fix it after season -

Great location, amenities need an upgrade.
Location is fantastic: private road, amazing sea view, nice green lawn outside the patio, quite area. Spacious villa, large kitchen.

Improvements: The main problem is ants - they’re everywhere, outside and inside. If you leave something out in the open be sure it will get eaten by ants. Some amenities need a fix up. Umbrella fell apart from rust, aircon leaks from time to time, etc.

Location and view outstanding, villa a good size with nice pool, secluded location but a short drive from protaras strip, shop and taverna a short walk away

Improvements: Kitchen a bit tired and needs updated due to rusty handles and shelving, kitchen knives not sharp, no measuring jug or tea towels provided. Many window blinds did not work so lack of privacy. Master bedroom had stains on the curtain and upon leaving old stains found on the mattress topper, I would not have stayed if this had been found on check in, it needs replaced immediately!

Wonderful family villa
Property is in excellent location, close to a beach and natural rocky sea swimming areas, good size for family of 5. Kitchen had everything you could need, beds good size and comfortable, aircon worked well. Layout perfect for families. Communication with villa company was good and had lovely stay

Improvements: only niggle is there could have been some basic cleaning stuff like dish clothes or cleaning spray.
