About This Villa
Villa Hannah is a bright and well-maintained holiday home located in the peaceful seaside community of Kapparis, within the sought-after Blue Water Bay Village. With sea views, all-day sunshine, and just a 5-minute walk to local sandy beaches, it’s an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway.
The villa offers great outdoor space and privacy, featuring a mature garden, a shaded wooden pergola, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a built-in BBQ, and gated off-road parking. It's a lovely spot for enjoying long sunny days together, whether you're swimming, reading, or dining al fresco.
Set over two levels, the ground floor has an open-plan layout with a spacious lounge area, comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, air conditioning, and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything needed for family cooking. There’s also a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and direct access to the back garden through sliding doors. Guests here can use the adjacent WC with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, air conditioning, and generous storage. These two rooms share a family bathroom and access to a spacious veranda with outdoor seating and views over the garden and sea.
Kapparis has everything you need within easy reach—from local restaurants and cafés to supermarkets, fruit markets, and water sports, making it an excellent choice for families or groups who want to enjoy the Cypriot coast without the crowds.

Stay for 3 nights in Villa , amazing experience
Liked: We stayed for 3 nights and we really loved our stay . Villa was in perfect condition and clean including pool. Everything was working and person came on our arrival and explain everything. Location is perfect and supermarkets, kiosks are just few mins away and very quite area. Villa itself is very big and perfect for kids to playspecialy area around the pool is very nice. Kitchen had everything which we required. There is a separate barbeque area along with pool which make our stay more wonderful. La mar homes team is superb and guide as very well and also full fill our requirements. We highly recommended to stay in this villa and for sure come back soon. One one issue we found = internet was very slow and getting disconnecting frequently.
Improvements: Please check internet and it was quite bad and not working everywhere in villa and was very slow where ever it was working..so we were not able to connect to office work. It was disconnecting very frequently. Internet is one of the prime requirement and important. Second there is a bathroom on ground floor and there is a lock key..but when we use that it got lock from inside and that need to be fixed. Some time it's hard to come out. Rest was perfect.

Improvements: The villa is well equipped however there were only 7 sun beds not 8 Hopefully that is easily rectified. little things like every day cutlery plenty of most things but needed more knives. Would be nice to have had 1 or 2 dishwater tablets to be going on with. That said we had an amazing time and would recommend the villa

Improvements: Property was a bit tired in places, especially the kitchen units. Fridge could be bigger for size of property. Air conditioning unit in downstairs bedroom requires replacing as it is old and not very effective.
