About This Villa

Villa Hannah is a bright and well-maintained holiday home located in the peaceful seaside community of Kapparis, within the sought-after Blue Water Bay Village. With sea views, all-day sunshine, and just a 5-minute walk to local sandy beaches, it’s an ideal choice for a relaxing family getaway.

The villa offers great outdoor space and privacy, featuring a mature garden, a shaded wooden pergola, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a built-in BBQ, and gated off-road parking. It's a lovely spot for enjoying long sunny days together, whether you're swimming, reading, or dining al fresco.

Set over two levels, the ground floor has an open-plan layout with a spacious lounge area, comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi, air conditioning, and a fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything needed for family cooking. There’s also a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe space, and direct access to the back garden through sliding doors. Guests here can use the adjacent WC with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, air conditioning, and generous storage. These two rooms share a family bathroom and access to a spacious veranda with outdoor seating and views over the garden and sea.

Kapparis has everything you need within easy reach—from local restaurants and cafés to supermarkets, fruit markets, and water sports, making it an excellent choice for families or groups who want to enjoy the Cypriot coast without the crowds.

Please note: Due to ongoing roadworks in front of the property, vehicle access may be limited at times.

Renovation works are currently taking place at the neighbouring property next door and are expected to continue until the end of August. We kindly ask guests to take this into consideration before booking, as there may be some construction-related noise during this period.

Stay for 3 nights in Villa , amazing experience

Liked: We stayed for 3 nights and we really loved our stay . Villa was in perfect condition and clean including pool. Everything was working and person came on our arrival and explain everything. Location is perfect and supermarkets, kiosks are just few mins away and very quite area. Villa itself is very big and perfect for kids to playspecialy area around the pool is very nice. Kitchen had everything which we required. There is a separate barbeque area along with pool which make our stay more wonderful. La mar homes team is superb and guide as very well and also full fill our requirements. We highly recommended to stay in this villa and for sure come back soon. One one issue we found = internet was very slow and getting disconnecting frequently.

Improvements: Please check internet and it was quite bad and not working everywhere in villa and was very slow where ever it was working..so we were not able to connect to office work. It was disconnecting very frequently. Internet is one of the prime requirement and important. Second there is a bathroom on ground floor and there is a lock key..but when we use that it got lock from inside and that need to be fixed. Some time it's hard to come out. Rest was perfect.

Beautiful stay at Villa Hannah

We highly recommend Villa Hannah! The location was perfect, and the villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and a great size for our party of 7. The pool was fantastic and the perfect size for everyone to enjoy. We had such a lovely stay and would definitely return. In fact, we’ve already been enquiring about dates and prices for next year! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Hannah and can’t wait to hopefully return.

Improvements: Property was a bit tired in places, especially the kitchen units. Fridge could be bigger for size of property. Air conditioning unit in downstairs bedroom requires replacing as it is old and not very effective.

Disappointing due to unacceptable construction work !!

Bedroom and bathroom arrangements were fine - one of each downstairs and 3+2 upstairs Beds were comfortable enough A/Con was very efficient Toiletries and pool towels supplied by La Mer Kitchen equipment generally good with a Nespresso Machine Good sized pool - in the sun most of the day - very warm - cleaned twice a week ( but it needed more -see below) Excellent canopy that provided shade at all times of the day Outdoor space was great ... BUT .... ( see below) Walking distance to nearest beach and the coastal path LA Mer were VERY helpful in resolving all the issues we raised with them

Improvements: Villa was not available for the first 4 days of our reserved 21 day period due to 'plumbing problems ' We agreed to occupy knowing that the solution was temporary - and it was not an issue ... BUT ... There was dust and excessive jack hammer / metal drilling noise from nearby villa reconstruction site - agent did not seems to be aware of this - even though it was very obvious The dust was everywhere - especially on all outside surfaces and the outside furniture. We had to keep one of the doors shut at all time to reduced the amount that went into the villa This became UNBEARABLE and La Mer agreed to move us to another villa ( now our third) so only spent 11 out the 21 days in this villa Villa was generally a bit tired and needed upgrading in some respects - ... no villa manual or notes of explanation ... damaged decking boards under canopy ... no scissors or corkscrew on arrival !!! ... leather sofa totally unsuited to prevailing temperatures ... downstairs bedroom had no blackout blinds or any method to keep out early morning light ... limited plastic glasses for use by pool ... small kitchen waste bin and no recycling provision or instructions ... BBQ was very old ....... the racks did not fit and it was not adjustable All of this ruined what we hoped was going to be a stress fee and relaxing holiday - with 'outdoor living'
