Villa Malamar, set in the tranquil Malama Bay of Kapparis, offers a luxurious beachfront escape with four bedrooms and a private swimming pool, all within a secure gated compound. The spacious, open-plan living area is elegantly furnished with three plush leather sofas, a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. On the ground floor, a comfortable fourth bedroom features twin single beds, its own shower, and a guest WC nearby for added convenience.

Upstairs, three majestic bedrooms each come with king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms share access to a balcony that overlooks the sea, providing the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise.

Outside, the villa’s private, gated garden ensures a safe and serene environment, especially for families with young children. Fantastic Location but unfortunately that's it.

Liked: The location of the Villa is outstanding. Literally a minutes walk to the beautiful Malama Beach. The office staff are outstanding with a particular shout out for Marilena and Martha who are wonderful.

Improvements: The cleanliness and general housekeeping was lower than the expected standards for higher end accommodation. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned for what looks like quite a while. The BBQ facilities need completely renewed or at least updated. The pool was out of action for half of our stay due to broken pump. Fixtures and fittings are dated and could benefit from a make over. Seating and lounging facilities outside the Villa were damaged and worn through and need completely replaced. Overall, the Villa is in a fabulous location, the staff at La Mer Homes are absolutely wonderful people. However, the Villa would benefit from a little T.L.C which would make it an absolute gem of a Villa.

Liked: The villa is located a short distance from a smaller sandy beach, the sea view from the pool, even better from the upper rooms. The villa is spacious, the rooms cozy and the kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Improvements: A dishwasher is missing, which is necessary in a villa for 10 people, if I don't take the time spent washing the dishes, at least because of the water consumption.

The location was ok and also the fact that administrator reaction was good when I requested support!

Improvements: Unfortunate the cleaning was not ok, the kitchen was not equipped with needed kitchenware, pan, cups, glass. The administrator bring the next day the necessary , even a cleaning team hawever it was unpleasent situation. The villa need a significant renovation and new furniture. The money paid did 't reflect the reality.
